Today, I'm sharing about a recent trip and experience while I was visiting Hidden Creek, a landscape company in Columbus, OH. They had a fantastic team meeting that morning, which opened up so many conversations about how to improve the company, both from the perspective of the office team and field teams' perspectives. This exercise is one I thought we could all learn from, and I wanted to share my takeaways from that impactful event.
